Coronation Street spoiler: Adam Barlow's past comes back to haunt him

The Sun has a Coronation Street spoiler about Adam Barlow.

Look away now if you don't want to see what it is.

Still with us?

Are you sure you want to read on?

Ok, here it comes.

The Sun says that Adam will overdose on painkillers after he finds out that the death of his mum Susan Barlow was not an accident.  Susan, the twin sister of Peter Barlow, died in a car crash. But it's now rumoured that a current Street resident will admit to killing Susan. Find out more here.

You can find out more about Susan Barlow here.

Mr Curry Sauce tells The Sun: “This is yet another blow for Ken. It’s one of the most upsetting family problems he’s ever had to cope with — and he’s had to deal with quite a few. This may also herald the start of a downward spiral for Adam, whose time on Coronation Street has already been far from plain sailing.”

Another drug overdose? It seems every other storyline involves some one overdosing on drugs!
There's bound to be a Phelan\Grimshaw\Barlow feud now!
Phelan will probably add either Adam or Ken as 'cellar prisoners' or perhps kill them so they don't go to the police about Billy being responsible for Susan's death.

Peter will probably admit to killing her while drunk driving! They can both go off the deep end, then.

Another Barlow overdoses. Do the writers put all past storylines in a hat and pull out their next "idea"

Seems like heavy drugs are a problem on the street...maybe they should go for something less intense..like pot.

Seriously, what are the writers thinking. Why are they dredging this up now. What an amazing coincidence that Billy ended up on Coronation Street...my my.

I have to agree with Anon...haha...it was Pat Phelan..he's not on Holiday, he's got Eileen locked in the basement as he plans how he's going to take over the world.

Silly storylines....get some new writers Corrie!
